To travel to Masai Mara was my childhood dream and as my son grew up he too wanted to visit the bush. I started planning for my trip from Sept of 2011 with the trip to happen in January 2012. I was totally blank for where to start my planning from. I happened to lay my hands on a lonely planet guide on east Africa and found out about " affable tours" in that guide. I sent them a mail with my requirement and was surprised to see a response from them within few hours. Mr. Thomas Didige was my point of contact at affable.

That set me on and after a few email exchanges over the next month I had my trip planned and frozen. When I landed in Kenya the affable team was at the airport to welcome me. I was assigned a safari guide Mr. Suleiman and a local guide MS Jane. Both of them were so friendly and my son became very close to Mr. Suleiman. We were taken good care off as there was nothing which I had to worry about. From my landing in Nairobi till my departure from Nairobi affable tours took great care of me and my family. I will be visiting Kenya soon to go to the other safaris and I have decided that affable tours will be handling all my travels in Africa from now on. I am very satisfied with their services and I wish affable tours all the very best.

I've been lucky to go on two safari tours with Affable Tours and Safaris. On both two week trips, Agoi Hosking was our guide. The trips were incredible! Kenya is a beautiful country and the game reserves are filled with scenes that I had only before seen on National Geographic. Merely witnessing the majesty of the wild would have made my trips worthwhile, but Agoi's deep and broad knowledge of the animals and their behavior added so much to the experience. Plus, he has an uncanny ability to track down and find even the most elusive game. Agoi also seems to know every person in Kenya, which comes in handy.

Although I haven't experienced Kenya with other tour companies, I was so happy with the personal and caring guidance of Agoi and Affable that I wouldn't consider booking with anyone else. Want to go on 3 game drives every day? Done. Would you rather rest in the afternoon and enjoy the amenities of the lodge? No problem. Is there an issue with your room? Don't worry. It will be taken care of.  Affable Tours was completely flexible and supportive and Agoi makes sure that every detail is just right - and if it isn't, he'll make sure it's fixed.

Affable Tours and Safaris couldn't be better named. Friendly, caring, competent, knowledgeable... I hope I have the chance to go again.

It's hard to imagine how the itinerary could be improved. Everything was great! The accommodations were lovely. The experience was 100% positive. I especially loved the children and the other people we met, and of course all the animals we were privileged to see. Agoi's narrative while we were in the van was always very educational and interesting. I am so happy to have had this opportunity. I will never forget it.

He takes his tours to all the highlights and when on a safari he knows where to find every animal.  We did not miss seeing an animal of the kingdom.  The schools we visited were fabulous and the children enjoyed the soccer balls, school supplies and books that were presented to the school.  I would teach in Africa in a minute, again thanks to Agoi.

In 2005 we were privileged to travel with Agoi Hosking on a safari to many of Kenya's
National Parks and game reserves.  It was such a fabulous experience that we wanted to
someday repeat it.  Recently we finally realized that dream on a private 14-day safari with
Affable Tours and Safaris to four of Kenya's most famous parks and reserves.  As in 2005
our guide was Agoi Hosking.

Agoi and his team's many years of experience and his willingness to share his extensive knowledge and understanding of animal behavior and the areas we visited allowed us to again witness some of the most awesome sights in nature.  Agoi's enthusiasm, patience, and skills over and over again made it possible for us to capture in photographs the truly unique scenes we experienced. 

His personal attention to all the details of our trip enabled everything to run smoothly and efficiently.  Our visit to a school in western Kenya was one of the highlights of the entire trip as we were able to interact with the students and teachers and experience first hand the warmth and kindness of the Kenyan people.

We have traveled throughout much of the world for over forty years and have found Agoi to
be a truly remarkable person who goes above and beyond the expected to provide his clients
with a most memorable adventure.  We would not consider traveling in Kenya with anyone but
